DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will it take until I receive my order?

  • As our warehouse is located in Samutprakarn, Thailand, shipping time may vary:

    • Bangkok & Metropolitan areas shipping time is 1-3 business days after processing

    • Other orders in outer areas shipping time is 3-5 business days after processing

    • For international orders (outside of Thailand), please contact our Customer Service Team directly for shipping time

  • Shipping time may take longer during peak season (Our Holidays, Christmas, New Year…)

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email you provided during checkout. (Please make sure to enter e-mail and phone number information so we can contact you directly if there are any issues).

You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your Tracking Number on the website of the courier we listed on the Shipping Confirmation.


After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.


When will my item’s Tracking Number be available?

Tracking Numbers are usually generated within 1-5 business days, and may take up to another 7 days to have updated tracking information depending on the efficiency of our shipping partners.

Tracking Numbers will be sent via email to our customers, once the item(s) have been shipped.


Why is my shipment delayed?

We try our best to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible, however, there are some situations beyond our control that can delay your shipment. The following orders may result in delayed shipping:

  • Incorrect shipping address (e.g. wrong post code)
  • Incorrect Mobile Phone number - unable to reach you at the provided contact number
  • Incorrect e-mail address - unable to send you a confirmation of the order
  • Being absent after courier made an appointment
  • Payment delay or issue (for credit card payment, it could take a few days for payment to be cleared)
  • Courier failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)
