RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS (ONLY IF ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE)
1. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
2. Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. We only allow returns and exchanges if there are defects on the products.
3. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service at email@example.com. We ask that you send us a photo of the defects in the e-mail as well. The return shipping address will be emailed to you. Items must be shipped back to that address in unused conditions.
4. We DO NOT accept any returns if the products are claimed as defective after 7 (seven) days from the date that the product has been delivered.
5. Customer service may offer a cash coupon for your return. Please note, items purchased with coupons are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account - credit card or ATM bank account. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.
7. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; used for payment outside of www.thaikk.co.th; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).

HOW TO START A RETURN?
1. E-mail our customer service at email@example.com and include your Order Number and Return/Exchange request with a picture of the product (if necessary).
2. Our customer service team will ask you for a Confirmation Number or Tracking Number, and the receipt of the returned package. This will help us track and process the return.
3. You will file your Refund/Exchange as soon as we’ve received the package.
